The staff team are currently co-ordinating the meetings of the Interim Steering Group who have taken the lead on the Big Lottery Trust Fund.

LOTTERY PUTS BIG TRUST IN TEAMS AND DERWENTWATER

At least £1 million of lottery good cause funding is to flow into Teams and Derwentwater in Gateshead, as the Big Lottery Fund (BIG) announces the first 50 areas across England to benefit from its Big Local Trust programme.

Round One has now come to an end, through consultations across the three areas we have established a database made up from local people who have expressed an interest in becoming more involved. The application for Round Two is almost ready.  Round Two funding will help build on local peoples ideas we will keep you updated on the progress.
