We are currently carrying out a consultation survey on behalf of Gateshead Primary Care Trust and Gateshead Council. The survey is about what issues can affect your health. The information will be used to find out what other services might be needed in the Bensham area
We are working with the Health Trainers team on Saltwell Road and Coatsworth Road for four weeks.
